Whenever we get the chance, we like to combine knowledge enhancement and skill-building, with team development and a little bit of fun thrown in for good measure!
Our Head of India, Benjamin, and 4 other members of the green team recently attended IFAT India in Mumbai, where they learned about new technologies for managing water, solid waste, sewage and recycling. As the trade fair was in Mumbai, they thought they’d squeeze a spot of sightseeing in too.
Although our focus is always on production and making sure orders get to our clients on time and in perfect condition, our thoughts are never far from the future, and how we can constantly adapt and enhance our processes to be more environmentally friendly, and more cost-effective. Trade fairs and agricultural shows are a fantastic way to keep ourselves up-to-date with the latest technology and tricks of the trade, and when they involve a little overnight jaunt, so much the better for team morale!
