SALES HEAD
Eligibility:
✔ Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
✔ Experience: 2+ years in Agronomy, Hydroponics, or Protected Cultivation with field sales capability
Skills:
✔ Solid knowledge of hydroponic growing practices, substrate management, and client advisory
✔ Languages: Fluent English & Hindi (Compulsory)
✔ Open to travel across key agricultural regions
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive sales and business development for premium coir substrates and hydroponic media
✔ Provide technical agronomic guidance to commercial growers and greenhouse operators
✔ Build and manage client relationships across high-tech farming projects & Expand market reach and achieve regional sales targets
